Clickbank - Is this weird or am I missing something?

Okay, so I'm new to internet marketing and have an site that review clickbank products.

I made a few sales here and there but I haven't made a sale for a while now to I decided to see if my links work for a particular product I promote.

When I clicked on my own link to take me to the clickbank product I realized that my hoplink with my ID is not in the address bar. I then went to my competitors pages and clicked on their affiliate link and their hoplink ID is not there either.

Even if I take the address that clickbank generates for me with my ID and I paste it in the address bar, the affiliate website loads without my ID.

Any ideas?

That's probably the publisher doing you the favor of hiding your affiliate ID so it's not so obvious that you are making money off your recommendation.

The vendor can strip it off. To see if you're being credited, click the order link and check the bottom of the checkout page to see if your affiliate ID is there.

I see a lot of threads here in the Warrior forum saying that people are not making sales over the last few weeks. I am one of them and am a full time internet marketer.

I think they have a serious tracking issue and they are not doing anything about it.

I really sugges that you all take your Clickbank links off your site and email Clickbank about this.

Contact them here if you are seeing less sales over the past few weeks.
