Also, I have no idea what to set my categorys as.

Please let me know if I have done anythng wrong.

For starters your categories should be keywords with in your niche. Also you will want to disquise your hop link just a little bit. It doesnt make that much of a difference but it does help convert. Instead of using the links as they give it to you simply make a php file and create a redirect within your site. I have done rather well with this method. If you are unsure how to create a redirect file just ask I can show you atleast one way. I know there is more then one way but it works really well for me.

You also should have posted a few other post in there. Be sure to do that before you send it out to much. You do not want to look as the new kid on the block you will lose creditability with your readers. For they think ah this person is too new only one post what do they know. So add atleast 5 other related post and back date them.

Your search feature is kind of hard to comprehend as well. You should add enter text here to search or something along those lines. You just have search the site. Which many will think oh ok just push the button and it will give me what I want.

Add your rss feed link to the rss image in the top right corner as well. The tiny rss text will be over looked rather easy so they will more then likely not subscribe because of it.

I my self always lose all the links in the blog roll and add my own but that is your call. You might also try creating a few accounts and answer one of your own posts as a visitor then reply back to help them understand you do monitor the site and you will answer back.

Other then that I am not too found of the color scheme but you did a rather nice job with it as is. Hope all that info helps. I also hope I did not hurt you too bad with some of the things I said. I wish you the best of luck.

I'm forever amazed when I see people doing PHP redirects if they are using Wordpress. One of the essential plugins I always use is "PrettyLinks" - it disguises the link and gives you a counter showing how many times that link was clicked.

      Absolutely essential information!

I agree, I use a plugin called 'gocodes' which I think is similar to pretty links, gives you the disguised link and a counter showing the number of clicks.

Love it - wouldn't be without it!

Kimmeh - love the site, love the theme, it looks good. If you are going to submit the article to directories I would rewrite it first. It isn't 100% necessary, but I do prefer to have my own sites unique and then rewrite for the directories.

I tried 'Gocodes' once - and it was long enough ago that I cannot remember now why I disliked it... but it was probably just that I was already used to 'Prettylinks', and felt that what I was used to was pretty good.

One thing I like about 'Prettylinks' is that you can specify the name of the link... just another place to put keywords. (of course, I probably eliminate that benefit when I 'nofollow' those Prettylinks that are affiliate links...)

The only reason I said that is because many of my sites are straight html besides the blog or article sections there for I do not get to use that plugin in most cases. I have heard of the plugin I just never used it my self I always found it easier to simply create the php file. Although I may start using it now that I know it tracks clicks.

    Hi Kimmeh,

I like the look of your site a lot. I like the article, but I have a suggestion.

I would pick one aspect of a flight and describe what you really liked about it - what
was takeoff like, what came up during the flight that was interesting, etc. Tell of an experience you had while playing. Make it feel more real and intense.

You can then either just rewrite a few words or submit it as is. Don't worry about duplicate content, after all, the whole point of submitting it to article directories is to have people publish it all over, so just submitting the article is in effect setting it up to be duplicate content....

As for categories - this might fall into a category called flight simulation games. Then all your games would be broken up into categories that described the type of game it is such as rpg, etc.
