Please suggest an Affiliate Network

Hi,
I am sure my sites visitors will find the tools on this site useful and I want to use this on my site.

Find A Doctor ? Ask A Doctor, Find A Physician, Best Doctor, Rated Doctor In Types Of Doctor List

I want to get paid money for referrals at the same time. I tried to search for a site or a network which has a affiliate policy but could not find one.

Does anyone know here know of any like this ?

    You can check out CPA networks such as MaxBounty, Affiliate.com and Azoogleads.

    I looked through all of my sources and couldn't find anything like that in terms of an affiliate program. I really don't think they have one, because I don't think they're making money from their leads to the doctors/dentists. They make money from ads and from "Featured Listing" fees paid by the doctors.

    yes cj.com did not have anyone so I am guessing if the big guys don't have it then its gonna be hard to find one.

    I did a google search too but nothing int came up.
