Market Samurai..How To Put To Use

Ok, got the free trial and looked at the videos. My question is this......I already have a websites thats been used for closee to 11 years. The domain name is my nickname but the hearder, title, meta tags etc have some of the keywords im looking to rank in.

When I check MS out it shows my compeitors and such BUT the main keywords that I want to rank in, do I use those in my articles as anchor text OR do I need to reconfigure my web site to include more of those keywords in my website?

<>Seems to me MS is used more for starting a NEW site and getting domains around those words.How do you BEST use MS if you are already established on at least he first 2 pages of certain keywords?

    Not exactly sure what you are asking, but I think you mean you have certain keywords that you already did some onsite optimization for. For these keywords, you need to build pages/posts around them. Then build backlinks using those keywords as the anchor text.

    If you already rank well in those desired keywords, you can search for other related keywords that you can try to rank for. To do this you would just make pages/posts that revolve around those related keywords and optimize the page as much as possible for the keyword. Then build backlinks with that keywords as the anchor text to that new page/post.

    The key is find keywords with high traffic/low competition on google first page.
