How do I unsubscribe from Onlywire?

I want to unsubscribe from onlywire, but can't see anyway to do that on their site.
Just got the bill and the service went up in price. I don't think it is worth it as some submissions never go through each time.

Anybody explain to me how to unsubscribe? They don't make it easy.

    Did you submit a "support" ticket off of their support tab? That is where I would request to cancel the account.

      Yes, but this being the weekend, it will probably take a while. I got the new bill today,
      and want to stop it today if possible as they start the new month today.

        If you appeal to them that you intended on canceling before this new billing period and you have no activity for several days before October started, I would think they would "retro" your cancellation. Let's hope they are reasonable when they get back to you this coming week! Good luck.

    personally i think onlywire is getting worste by the time(the used to be great)
    i was using the free version and i don't know about the paid one.

      I heard things about Onlywire not being as effective as well. I submit the old fashioned way, by hand!
