New site in Competitive Niche. How to rank high quickly?

Im starting a new site in a fairly competitive niche and Im wondering how can i SMASH my competition.

* Link Wheel (opened, not closed) with some uniqueness so G doesnt catch on

what do you think? any suggestions?

    In my opinion, submit 3 high quality original articles everyday in topmost 10 articles directories. By this way you will get more user views and google will not spam it.
