Has anybody twitter blasted to a squeeze page?

I've been thinking about doing this. Although I have long since avoided Twitter, do you think it would be worth it to purchase a Twitter blast for a few hundred bucks in exchange for a friends list of 50000+?

It seems like a great idea - But I don't know the effectiveness of it.

There are some great reputable Warriors offering a Twitter blast to targeted members.

    Haven't purchased one myself, but I tweet alot to my own followers.

    Have the seller provide tracking info on previous blasts and clickrates.

    What works best (for me) is to scout out people on fiverr, etc. who are offering tweeting for $5.
    I've currently using one who offers 5/tweets a day for 5 weeks for $5 to 120,000 followers. Grow my own following that I keep.

    Repeated tweets during the day bring the best clickthrough.
