Make Money From Photos On My Site

Here is the situation:
I have a website where people will upload their photos of Athletes.
Let's say, Brian from Los Angeles, uploads a photo of Kobe Bryant.
Is there a system out there that will float an add over that photo so that every time a visitor sees that photo and clicks on the add, I would get paid?

    You may want to talk with an attorney, but I don't think you can make money from any picture uploaded to your site without some sort of release signed by the photographer. Them uploading it to your site, does not make it yours.

    Even I don't think you can get something from this.
    Uploading any photo doesn't makes it yours.
    So think over it
