Looking for a unique autoresponder.

I'm knew to marketing and email.

Basically I'm just wondering is there is an auto responder that will reply to

email address that have not emailed my email before.

I'm doing this because I have leads emailing me requiring information and

instead of copy and pasting the information I'd like a autoresponder.

Why I need a unique one is because after the lead reads the information

and respond I need to respond myself. Thanks,

Anthony

I'm confused on what you need...

Are the leads asking questions that need answered, or are they just wanting a product to download?

You can use aweber or another autoresponder service for your follow up if you need to send them download links.

Also, I believe Gmail does this as well, for free. (An 'out of office' autoresponder.)

But if you need to answer questions, there are two ways to do this:

    1. Is to hire someone to do it for you.

    2. Install an autoticket program on your site. When they email you, it generates a support ticket and either you or someone else replies back.

People email for for further information about a company.

It's always the same company and information I need to reply to them with.

I need something that will reply to them when they email me (aka first time an email emails me)

I expect an email back from these people and this is where I email them manually. Thats why I want the autoresponder to only email , email address the first time the email me.

Simple. Set up a Gmail account.

Then set your "out of office" autoresponder to your message you want sent.

Inside that message, let them know if they want MORE info, they need to contact you at your personal address.

    Does that help?

I lot of people will not care to read that part most likely and just responded to the same email.

I really just need the auto responder I described. Thanks

Well then your other choice is going with an actual autoresponder like getreponse, aweber, profollow...

ProFollow is 20 bucks a month.

The customer puts in their name and email and then they get your first message which is what they are looking for.

They can then "reply" to that email and it goes to your email address for you to answer.

There is no other solutions that I can think of that only responds "once" then lets you do it.

You would probably need to get that program built for you, which may or may not be pretty pricey.

EDIT: Or you can hire a VA to take care of the whole process for you. You can hire them from the Philippines, part time, for like 200 bucks a month.

You give them the first script they send, then give them a FAQ sheet so when people ask questions, they can answer. Anything they can't answer gets forwarded to you and you add it to the FAQ sheet along with the answer.

If you have a dedicated email you could do this with a vacation reply, save buying into an autoresponder.(perhaps make an email alias and set the vacation response to this)
Otherwise, Ive joined AWeber recently and like the simple interface they have , and the rate's not bad either.,

The problem with that is that every time the same customer emails, he'll get the vacation reply.

That isn't what the OP wants.
