Webdesign outsource business help needed

Hi

im about to setup a website design business together with some outsource/offshore partner

are there any agreements i can use to "officialize" the partnership ?

if anyone has some templates I can use this would be great

    Hi,

    Not sure what type arrangements you are trying to set up, but using affiliate software can help wtih this in a few clicks. Example: set up a private affiliate program with your partner at Paydotcom (no affil). that is not listed for all to see, just your partner. Then establish the payout as you'd like, a percentage or dollar amount, and insert your info in the program, rules and regs.

    Other shopping cart and affiliate software works in a similar manner like 1shoppingcarts. Then adjust accordingly as your program(s) grow.

      That's a good idea. Any other affiliate programs that would work that way? Does Clickbank, for example?

    Could you tell us a little more?

    If you're looking to set this up so you're the supplier that will be different than if you're doing the marketing.

    If you're the supplier - you can charge a flat fee for your service, then you can get affiliates (like offline consultants) to sell a package for whatever they can get, pay you your flat fee and they keep the difference.

    You wouldn't need an affiliate program then because you're just being paid a flat fee for your services.
