which kinds of kw should we refer to?

before yesterday, i never know there is a "exact match"

a friend told me the difference of these 3 kinds:

warrior forum
"warrior forum"
[warrior forum]

so today i know i refer to the first keyword is not correct, but should we use the 2nd or 3rd to make sure which is our primary keyword?

and he told me that a long tail which has 2K to 5k searchs ([xxx]) will be a good niche, so which kind will you guys refer to?

    When looking at the long-tailed keyword, you typically are mostly concerned with [exact], but it's good to know the "phrase" too.

    2-5k would probably be good, provided the competition is low.
