Can anybody recommend a good Wordpress theme designer?

I'm looking to hire someone today if possible, for potentially ongoing monthly work. I need a talented designer who can create custom Wordpress themes for me.

If you know anyone who fits the bill, I'd be really grateful for the name drop!

    I know a good wordpress theme designer, however it's a software.

    Bought Artisteer for an immediate design requirement by my Boss and I was
    able to create a decent design in under a few hours.
