Clickbank support is the absolute worst !!!

Weeks ago my direct deposit did not go through.

I made a support ticket - it was closed immediately by clickbank.

I made another support ticket - unanswered.

I just made a third support ticket - My guess is they will by now have mailed a cheque. The cheque seems to have gone missing - which means they will charge $20.

I am about ready to give up on clickbank. They suck.

      I agree, don't give up. I've had positive experiences with CB, so there must be someone there who's able to provide decent customer service. All the best :-)

    So all these claims that Clickbank has never missed a single payment are not true?

    From the other perspective as a customer I've always found Clickbank support great at getting refunds for dud products.

      The post isn't about getting refunds. It's about being paid for sales made.

      I've had two checks late from CB - and both times had the same problem with customer service. The checks eventually showed up but clearly had not been mailed when CB said they were. I think it's unusual - but in this case can't blame the mail if it was direct deposit. I don't see why you would have a fee if they didn't make the direct deposit...but didn't know DD was available where you are. Learn something every day.

    I cant even get any response. My tickets are being automatically closed.

    Its not a large amount of $ as my affiliate sales of CB stuff have plummeted in the last 6 months. I'm about to switch over to CPA promotion - it suits the present economy better from an affiliates point of view.

    I am doing twice the traffic and exposure but sales have died.

    Such a shame coz making clickbank sales is a real buzz.

    Hi Gareth,
    So sorry to hear that you have a bad experience from Clickbank.

    I received my 2 cheques from Clickbank on time.

    I sent a support ticket last Friday and they replied to me on Tuesday.

    I thought their support was great and they replied my question.

    My guess was there is a miscommunication.

    Hey there gareth,

    I think there must have been some errors in the support tickets or sth.

    I experienced sth similar last month. My direct deposit failed to go thru, and they immediately emailed me to tell me that my money will be coming in via check.

    3 weeks later i still did not receive the check, and i opened a support ticket with them. They replied me very promptly, and said that the check was on its way to me. few days after that, i received the check. and the exact amount was intact, nothing minused off bcuz the money failed to go thru by direct deposit.

    I'm thinking there must have been some errors is your support ticket or sth as clickbank is quite a reliable company.

    I can't afford to give up on them, but I completely agree with you, Gareth. Their "customer support" isn't worthy of the name and is a complete joke. If they had any competition at all who reliably provided the service that they pretend to provide, they wouldn't last a month.

    Their fundamental underlying concepts of customer service appear to be (i) "If you leave it alone, it may just go away", and when that doesn't work, they revert to (ii) "Under no circumstances whatsoever is anything ever our fault at all".

    A nightmare. Unfortunately, on the key parts of the facility they provide, they just have no realistic competition at all, so apparently they continue to get away with it indefinitely. :rolleyes:

    Their support is really, really bad. I mean, really bad. I have escalated and/or created NUMEROUS tickets and each and every single one of them is either ignored or closed. Every single one. I end up calling them, but still don't get much help. This is with vendor-related issues. They are good for customers who need a refund. They just refund no questions asked and that's it.

    I haven't had an issue with direct deposits or getting paid, I can say that. My issues were always different than that.

      Agreed. Exactly the same is true for me with affiliate-related issues. A nightmare and a disaster.

      I agree that they're very good for customers who need a refund. And I haven't myself had an issue with direct deposits or getting paid, and I accept - from general reading here and elsewhere - that those are clearly the most reliable areas of their set-up. Mind you, without those being reasonably decent, they couldn't possibly have survived 11 years at all, could they?! :p

    don't give up. I have a lot of positive experiences with ClickBank. Inside of a big company some things goes wrong, but the advantage of the digital marketplace is always there.

    And after having the checks, you could receive the money via wire to your bank account. And this works after a short setup without any problems.

      "Wire transfer" is a completely different Clickbank payment-method from "direct deposit", Dirk.

      Wire transfers are available only to countries not covered by the direct deposit system. To avoid any confusion, you can find it explained here.
