Well, WSO's seem to be back at regular speed again...!

When the price went from $20->$40, there was a temporarily lull in the speed of WSO's.

I decided to test out an offer, and I admit, was pleasantly surprised that I received more exposure than usual, so it was kind of nice. (It was getting to the point where for a $20 WSO I was lucky if it received 100 views, and conversions were not as hot as I would have liked).

But... I guess a lot of other people realized that there was more exposure... (Thats what happens when you have a roomful of smart marketers ) and so the WSO speed is getting back to full steam. (A WSO I just bumped about 2 hours ago is already almost half way down the page )

So, what are your thoughts? Curious if you are seeing increased benefits with the price increase (if you increased the price of your WSO to compensate), or it is becoming the same?

Thanks!

I've always valued the WF platform and have no issue with the price increase. Just launched another WSO (paid the new price) and so far so good. This place rocks!

Of course I agree there is value. Wondering if you've found you've needed to increase your price/offering to account for the WSO velocity? (Speed at which items are getting bumped?)

It means Warrior Special Offers. It's a section of this forum where you can offer your products at a special (lower) price for the members here than you do to the general public.

You should easily be able to find it from the home page of the forum, but here's the link to it anyway...

WSO = Warrior Special Offer. My apologies for being 'cryptic'.

If you have a good enough offer and a decent WSO title $40 bucks should always be a good deal. I am about to launch another one this weekend, so I guess we will see how long it lasts on the first page then.

I didn't like the $40 price but as a lot of people have pointed out in recent times that is still a lot cheaper than you'd pay for advertising elsewhere.

It is a shame if the rate is picking up and they are falling off first page just as quick, I still think something else needs to be done and not just the price increase.

It's a shame because the WSO section always use to have good quality offers and was a great place both for advertising and for buying good products or services. The standard of what is sold isn't as high anymore which is a real shame.

As far as not getting enough exposure, I guess there is nothing you can do about that other than keep bumping your thread, but you can try and promote your thread to drive visitors to it even though it's not on page 1 anymore.

I did notice that offers were staying on page 1 quite a bit longer immediately after the price doubled. If they're back up to the same rate they were before, well, good for Allen.

My experience is, unless you have a subject/title proclaiming Make 100's of $$ in a week, its not going to gain traction the first time around.

I would like to spend another 40$ on adwords and see the number of eyeballs I get to an offer Vs an offer on the wso section.

      Thats my main issue.

I just launched my first WSO - and I really wanted to focus on unique quality content; that provides tremendous value to those helping out businesses in a weak economy...

I refused to put "earning promises" in the title, I want the content to speak for itself...

... but looking back on it, probably a mistake. My decision cost me plenty of views :S

I've never relied on the page location of a WSO. I presume that most people are not just browsing WSOs randomly (although I could be wrong). I figure they're searching for specific things. I mostly rely on my signature to link to the WSO.
