Optimizing for Google Local 10 Pack
As such, people say that you should make sure the business is in all the local online business directories.
However, there are only so many local directories you can be on. Aside from local directories, I see Google counting very crappy webpages as "citations".

Wouldn't it make some sense making your own crappy "local" webpages (writing ezinearticles, hubpages, squidoo, .info domain webpages) rather than spending hours contacting webmasters for possible inclusion in their webpage?
