What Should I Do About This Scammer? Help Needed Asap!!

Alright so I recently ofloaded almost all my blogs for basically pennies each because thats what they were making, literally pennies a day/month some even less.

One of these sites the NEW owner didnt remove my adsense from.

I noticed a spike in traffic and a click today.

I visited the wp-admin to see if he changed the password there and he has not as well as the ftp.

I viewed the stat logs and the traffic comes from flippa where he is selling this site for $200 after I sold it to him for $10.

He has posted in his Flippa Auction fake Google Adsense Earnings Images stating he earns $60 a month And Fake Traffic Images. Images which state he was earning from this site at the beginning of september when he didnt even own it until the beginning of October.

There has already been one bid of $200. I really dont want someone to blow that money on a site they will earn nothing on.

What can I do to stop this while not having any problems with our previous paypal transaction or a dispute in my account???

Point it out to Flippa, including the date of the transfer.

Turn his ass in.To Flippa.
Then tell them to check the stats on all the other fake stuff thats on there.
In my opiniuon its just as much flippas fault for allowing this.
There should be some way of verifying.

I reported it to flippa with my contact details and dates, I just dont want my paypal account to come into play due to a dispute

Is it illegal to post a comment on his auction stating the facts, or writing it in a way that you are just asking a question like 'is this not the site a sold you this month?' if it is how could you get theearnings up in just a few days?'.

I really hate this kind of thing.

I don't know, that's why I am asking because I understand you frustration
as you just want unsuspecting newbies to know what they are getting.

I hope someone who knows much better will answer this soon.

too many scammers on flippa report it they won't do anything...there was a site that sold for 14k when it was all photoshop...

  I was planning to buy some sites in Flippa last month but something tell me it's not right. Some of the sites seems too good to be true. Only 2 or 3 months old, traffic of more than 500 per day, adsense earning of $50 per day. And sites selling for more than $1K. I see a lot of similar offers. And sad thing is I see people bidding thousand of dollars for it.
  
  I never trust most of the traffic data posted. Isn't it possible to buy the service of one of the fake traffic sender and inflate your traffic data ?
