Suggest a Free method for Reaching the Canadian Market!

Hey guys,

I run an online classified site for gamers.

I'm looking for some free ways of marketing to my Canadian demographic.

So far I've:

Contacted Canadian blog & website owners in my niche.
Used my facebook page to promote my site.

...and I think that's it!

Targeting only Canadians online for free is difficult!

I'd love to hear your suggestions!

    Why not try the:

    Canadian craigslist gaming forums
    Put a coupon up on redflagdeals.ca
    OR
    Call some independent computer stores and see if they will post a flyer up for you.

      create a page, Seo the site , login to webmaster tools and set the target audience to Canada. even if its just a splash page that links to your money page

      You will be surprised how easy it is to rank #1 in google.ca for impossible keywords in google.com

    I'm targeting Canada for a site of mine and you are right - it's far easier to rank (well, not in all cases, but certainly for me a lot easier given the keywords I'm targeting).

      Yeah, Its A trick I use sometimes to get instant results and traffic.

      Seo a site a bit, and target the Canadian market while still building high pr links etc, once the pr and links are built up switch the webmaster tools back, and you will usually rank well on both the .ca and .com
