Now that I've got my article writer, does anyone have a great list of places to submit your articles or even an article submission tool?

Thanks!!

Well, there are some submission tools, but I cannot tell which is good and which is bad. I would imagine that any one would be better than trying to manually submit to all those sites. Here is an article: Let's Compare Instant Article Submitter And Free Article Submitter Software

More important than any lists and any other places to submit articles to, you need to start by publishing them and getting them indexed on your own site. When you're ready for a long, leisurely and highly instructive read, this fine thread will help you (a lot) to start off productively and effectively.

Thank you, I was planning on posting my articles on my blog first and linking back to them.

Definitely try the top sites on the list that colomedia1 posted. When I started my article marketing campaign, I tried out the top 10-15 article directories, and eventually saw which ones worked best for me.

Some took too long to approve articles, others didn't have a way to check the stats on my articles (which I hate; I want to see how I'm doing on each directory), others didn't offer an author profile page (which I like to have; it's another backlink, and it gives you a way to connect with your readers).

After testing out a bunch of them, I regularly submit to 5 or 6 different directories. Personally, I've had success with Go Articles, Amazines, Article Snatch, Idea Marketers, and the American Chronicle (which isn't on the list because it's an online magazine instead of an article directory, but works the same way). Your list of what works, however, may be totally different.

What about "A Article submitter" at aarticlesubmitter.com?
It's $27, no monthly charge. (He also offers resale rights, which I don't want) .
Has anyone used that one? Is it any good?
It seems it logs you in, but they you then have to click 'submit' at each site?
I am looking for an *automated* submit program. (As cheaply as possible).
It should have a way to check my articles, to see if they are live or not, a link to them, etc.? Maybe a way to add and/or remove directories.

First place is your own sites. Once indexed, try:

    Ezinearticles
    Articlesbase
    GoArticles

Those are the only three I use regularly.

As for an article submitter, I used to use one by incansoft - I think it was articlebot. I just submit manually these days, though.
