Publish same content on the blog to Squidoo or HubPages

I'm trying to create couple Squidoo lenses and Hubpage pages today but I have some questions. Can I take the content on my blog and post it there or should I create a total new content? What're your advices?

    I think it is ok on Squiddo, but I believe that hubpages will not let you have a link unless the content is unique to them. Of course, if you do not care about having a link I think it is ok to just post the same content over there.

    I'm just afraid Google will see there are two same content on Internet and Squidoo content may appear before mine. Do you think that's a problem at all?

    You need to get more/better backlinks to the content that is on your blog than you do to the squidoo/hub pages or they will probably outrank you.

    Or, just change the keywords a bit on the squidoo and hub pages so that you are targeting those for different keywords.
