Is it possible to cancel domain registrations for a refund with goDaddy?

It is my understanding that domain registrations can be cancelled within 24 hours, and a refund issued to the purchaser, on goDaddy. However, I cannot find any documentation as to how to go about doing this on the goDaddy website. Can anyone help? (A support ticket was posted to goDaddy, but no reply as yet and the 24 hour limit is fast running out.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have 5 DAYS from the date of registration to cancel your transaction.

This per GoDaddy when I ran into a problem two weeks ago.

Check out your Domain Management tab when you log in.

Yes! And some people take advantage of this to commit domain tasting, meaning registering the domain, using it to park and generate money immediately and cancel the order.

This is not a good business practice of domaining in any way

Google have recently put the boot into domain tasting by simply not indexing new domains for an extended period but I've never been sure anyway how people get away with it - what registrar would put up with thousands of domains being registered and then cancelled within a week?
