Website #5 on Google. I need Help to Optimize Sales for Prelaunch

Hi Warriors.
I've been studying IM for around one year now. I reached first page on Google today with my website; this is my first time that I reach such position.
I need help to Optimize my website to convert visitors on Sales for a Prelaunch in few days. Also, I will need help with autoresponder.
Asyou know been a newbie, reaching google first page is exiting, but I need to convert in sales.

    1. What kind of autoresponder help that you need?

    I could help you setting up your autoresponder or
    writing some email series to promote your products
    in it.

    2. What's your domain name?

    I'd like to see the products that you're planning to launch.
    Hopefully by seeing the website and sales letter I could
    draw up some ideas to create the email series.
