Web 2.0 Properties

Its me again, trying to soak up all the information I can from all of you veterans. Trying to learn one new IM thing a day. So onto todays question;
When I am creating my web 2.0 properties ("Open Wheel" if you will);
1) How should I differentiate the content on the site?
2) How many pages should they have?
3) How many keywords should I target at one time with Anchor Text? I heard that you should mix up the anchor texts that you are using.
