How to trick multiple segemented prospect in list?

Hi, actually it's not that easy for me to explain this problem, but just let me explain.

HOw do we should managed our list? Here's the problem:

You have tons of autoresponders, and multiple types of prospects right? I mean, you have autoresponder to build list for people looking for better SEO, other people is PPC, etc.

  1. how many email sequences will you provide them?
  2. to where will you direct them to? Your other autoresponder (switch them)?
  3. You have tons of products to promote to them, but I know it's no good at all to only send only offers all the time to your list (it's spamming). So what do you think about this condition?

very thx

Well, you need to segment your list, which it looks like you planned already.

Basically, what I do, is give users a general im related product. I hit them with a follow up survey asking what they are interested in the most and create a free product according to the results.

I then advertise that product for free to the general list, and have a follow up sequence in place for a sale. When they buy they are automatically switched from the free product to the paid product list, where they will receive valuable free content, tips, tricks, tutorials as well as more paid options than what I normally would serve my free list.

    So...

Subscribers joined your list about "what is internet marketing". They then receive a follow up survey where you find that 67% are interested in setting up a wordpress blog while another 50% are interested in list building. What you then do is create a wordpress product to give them for free in exchange for them opting into your wordpress list. After you get them in the WP List, you will then create an upsell selling them a wordpress related product. When they buy they are automatically added to your "WP Buyers List". After you have this set up as a follow up sequence you will then create another product for "List building", in which you start the whole process over again. Each time offering quality information and gold.

The end result: You have automated your list building so all you have to do is promote that general im related product while still building you entire niche list segments up at the same time.

Your customers are happy for the quality free and paid information you provide and you have built your list up, automating it, to find out exactly what your users want which will make you more money as well

In aweber, under automation, they have the ability to delete one subscriber from a certain list whenever they opt in to a different list on your account.

For instance... If you have them all in the general list, you can set the general list subscriber to be deleted anytime he joins any of your other accounts.
