How to monitor what our affiliates are doing?

I'm not a lawyer but it seems that if I set up my own affiliate program I will be liable for the actions of my affiliates....

What do you recommend to monitor what our affiliates are doing so we can take action against those affiliates who may get us into some trouble...

    You need to have custom script for that...but you can give that work to clickbank or paydotcom

    Your question a good one.

    However, I will also like to know how affiliates can know exactly what the product owners are doing because I have discovered that affiliates have suffered a lot of heartbreaks in the hands of dishonest, greedy but lazy product owners. Yes, I mean the product owners who don't care much about sustaining a solid reputation.

    I mean those ones that create products that delivers little or no value.
