More Inlinks but not high rank of Article?

I actually submit an article. it's on 1st page till 3 to 4 days but after that another ezinearticle which's almost one year old took mine article place.

Now, I checked that inlinks. Mine article (which's vanished) has almost 250 views and 49 inlinks but other article (that took my article place) got only 1 inlink? nothing else.

About word count and keyword thing. My article quality and word, also keywords are double or triple better than that then how that old article took my article place?

It not happened only with my one article. It's happened with 5 to 10 articles. This same thing.

I don't do backlinking of my articles but still have 49 on 250 views. Then why and how some other article took my place??

    Forget about the amount of views, google does not count these in their factors. The 1 link he has could be much stronger than all of our links put together.

    Did you check if the links on your website were dofollow?

    I would recommend that you compare your article with that article and see if you can find any differences that could push his/her article higher.

    Keep backlinking from QUALITY websites, I would recommend searching for high PR websites or purchasing them.

      Thank you owen. Actually he got 1 inbound link from some ezine article. If it's like this then I have almost 30 in links from ezine articles. and 15 others. Then how other articles take higher place?

      Again, not only with one article, and one more thing. I checked other people articles and their links too. This problem is every where? why?
