Old WSO Magically Bumped To Front Page. How? Who? Why?

I started getting messages about one of my WSOs today.

Thought it was strange, since it was long buried, hundreds of posts deep.

Wasn't I surprised to find it back on the front page of the WSO section, many months after I'd thought I'd let it die.

I didn't pay to bump it.

Anyone have any idea why this would happen? Glitch?

Anyways, the offer is closed, but it's too bad it's taking up space on the front page, pushing other paid offers down.
