Multiple Products --> One PayPal Account - How do you do it?

I notice that some Internet Marketers sell products from several unrelated niches.

How do you who push several products through PayPal?

I think you are only allowed 4 payment page styles. So I'm looking for techniques and tips that you more experienced marketers may have.

Thanks in advance.

Paypal has a "buy" button maker. You just create a button for each product and put it into your pages.

There's really no more to add...

I was thinking more of the business name and the logo you use in your payment pages.

That makes sense...I wasn't sure what you were asking in the OP. Everything I sell is using my name, so it's not an issue for me...But I see your point now.

I stole an idea from Clickbank and created a generic-sounding umbrella company. Since there is a way to use a unique header image with PayPal (method may still be available as a WSO), just make an image that says "Product Name distributed by Generic-Sounding Name, which will appear on your payment notice."

business accounts can have more that one email address attached to them l I believe

so theoretically you could have one for each site?

That is my approach as well. I have XXXXXXX LLC, and all my business gets down under that umbrella generic sounding company.

Rapid Action Profits has a setting, in its admin panel, that allows you to change the paypal header "at will". Conceivably you could have 100's of products/sales pages/offers/etc. and for each of those, a different header.

Be advised that some browsers, if your various headers are not served via https, will have an alert box notifying the potential customer of said "insecurity".

    Hope that helps, and...

Absolutely true. For best results, host the image on a secure site.

This one works well if you don't have/want a secure server.

While Paypal only allows you to set up 4 Custom Pages in your account, they also allow
the colors, images, etc. that make up a custom page to be set up in your order button.

Rapid Action Profits, allows these variables to be set up unique for every product, so
    there is no limitation.

Thanks for the input and suggestions.

After I made this post, I did some research in the WSO forum. I wanted to see how other multi-product marketers handled this situation.

It looks like an easy way to handle this is to use a generic logo in a PayPal payment page. I am probably going to go that route. It's a takeoff of Kurt's method.

John's idea sounds good. That may be a change I will make in the future.

Thanks ESC Dave for the heads-up regarding RAP. I didn't know that. I will be setting up affiliate promotions with 100% commission on some of my products. I was considering RAP for that.

Andrew, thanks for the link for free SSL hosting. I will check it out.

Sid, the use of variables to change logos at will is pretty appealing. Thanks.
