Do I need a Disclosure on Site to get listed in Google

Hi guys my website here.. Quick Weight Loss Tips

google doesn't seem to like it for some reason. it's not listed there. do I need a disclosure or something?

    Why do you say it's not indexed? Did you even try site:quick-weight-losstips.com? I'm showing 78 pages indexed.

    its like on page 5 on bing and yahoo, but on the google search engine its wwwaaaay down there if any backlinks are in google at all.

      Weight loss is a highly competitive niche. You'll have to gain a lot of authority links to make any headway in that niche except for some very obscure, very low traffic, long tails.

        For Google you need a Privacy Policy.

        For FTC you need a Disclosure.

        Good idea to have both on your site along with a contact form.

        There are some good plug ins that are easy to use for these.

    Taking a quick look with Market Samurai it looks like you are up against some pretty stiff competition. You are going to need a fair amount of high quality backlinks to move up the rankings in Google.

    It appears you are currently in position 138, which is really not horrible for the competitiveness of your phrase. (I'm assuming the phrase in your domain name is your primary target.)

    Work on getting quality backlinks and you should slowly start moving up the rankings.
