    As my posts keep getting deleted I'll just give up for the night.

    Is your blog complete? It doesn't look like it. If you just want an opinion on the colour theme and the general look then yeah it's good. Now add some content to it.

    If you work in Word, there is a mode to copy from Word to WP. I have tried that but I find it more successful to copy the Word document into Notepad and then from there to WP.

    There will be no formatting but it is far easier to enter that in WP than to try to clean up the garbage code that Word brings along with it.

    Hi Lionel,

    Good work to get your blog started.

    Some suggestions:
    1. your picture looks compressed...you may want to make sure the picture is scaled proportionally.
    2. your tag cloud's font is too big...yes, tag cloud is useful but not the main focus...
    3. publish your post regularly say once in 3 days....u can schedule the date in advance for wordpress.
    4. you have lots of content....make them scanneable..add bullet points and numbers...bold or italic key points for easy reading.
    5. start collecting optins...get an account from Aweber or Getresponse to start building your list.

      To add to John's recommendations...

      I would use html to change your links to text. Having multiple links on your site looks a bit redundant and illustrated your blatant attempt to sell your reader.

      Instead of using large font of text to your right side bar, try adding a few Adsense widgets, video, or pics.

      Write about 60 posts and schedule them to post to your blog on consecutive days. I don't think this is a Wordpress blog so I am not sure how you would schedule posts on other blogs.

      One question? Did you write your own posts? I noticed that the keywords, in your articles, do not fit in the text naturally. If you are not a writer, you might want to invest in hiring a writer to write your web posts for you.
