use the search feature to search "free wso" . it will give u a free list of wso's. they can provide you with good free information that will give u a genral idea of what to do and how things work. they will also try sell u things inside of them which you should steer clear from.

this will help, but i think first you need to choose what it is specifically you want to master. with so many ways to make money online it may be tough, but start by what interest you.

i find that its ten times easier to put in my time and energy with something that interest me than something that i am just dealing with because i THINK its going to do something positive for me. your time is more valuable than anything, spend it wisely!

My advice to is try to make friends with a couple of marketers that are slightly more advanced than you..not people that are at the TOP...but just ahead of you.

They will be open to work with you, give you personal advice and share great ideas with you. (of course you have to sometimes wade through the advice as good or bad...because they are still learning too)...but getting a small group of people to share information with and ideas has always helped me along the way, no matter what level I've been at in my career.

I have always used Google and Yahoo search engines for getting free information. Just be sure to type in exactly what you want to save time. For example, if you want a marketing ebook... type "Free marketing ebook" into the search box.

Thank you very much for all the advice. Im starting to understand the little things. ive just read a book "rich dad poor dad". It was a great book which has opened my eyes to way the way ive been living my life. Ive been stuck in the rat race for all these years and i did'nt even have a clue. Ive also noticed that keyword research is one of the most important things to master because from what ive read at the moment has basically told my that if i dont get my keyword research right then i may never make anything on line.

I think if you make a deal with yourself just to learn as much as you possible can and then your answer will come to you.

Then you will find out what you want to do and how you are going to do it. All the big gurus learn every day.

Try to opt in to all those Top Gurus' email list, they will give lots of freebies and techniques almost every week. But beware and control yourself not to be overloaded with lots of information. YOu will easily get addicted to try to absorb all knowledge in a short period... and then overwhelmed. So be careful.

Well,there is lots of free advice, ebooks, newsletters etc. But in the end to be successful u need to invest in yourself in order to be successful. That is YOU need to become valuable in order to create value to offer.

Second what is your preferred marketing strategy? Forum,social media whatever it is u need to master it. The information overload could be overwhelming. So u needto stay focused and u need tons of hours devoted to learning.

When I first began online I did a lot of searching and learning. I watched tons of videos from many of the so called "gurus".

After several months, I became overwhelmed with all the videos and felt trapped in the world of "information overload".

But, thankfully I came upon 26 Free videos that explained to me how to Create a successful internet business. It made everything so clear and easy to understand.

If you are not satisfied with freebies ( which won't happen m sure as there is such amazing stuff available for free) you can try out some affordable WSOs which have decent reviews and are basically guides on SEO and business models rather than Autoblogging techniques...

I think you have definitely come to the right place.

You can get a lot of good stuff reading the post and checking out offers in peoples signatures.

I have already found a few things I can use.

Just stay away from anything that says you can make money with no effort. 99.9% of the time that is untrue.

Some things are easier than others but there is still effort.

Become a war room member! It will pay for itself many times. Look at the signatures of others. Search the wso section and just search the forum in general. I often find that if I have a simple question I just use the search feature and usually find the answer that way.

The main thing when first starting is to not get overloaded with info. It is very easy to download and read several reports in one day and get overloaded. Just pick a business model that suits your personality and budget and go for it. Once you start making money it is easy to rinse and repeat. If you can make $1, you can make $1000. Just take action! Don't be scared of failing.

Like everyone else said, you will need to search for it, there are sooo many freebies that go over this. Here is the main idea though...

1. Get an autoresponder
2. Choose a niche
3. Give away valuable free information in exchange for someones email address via a squeeze page
4. Offer an OTO after they opt in
5. Follow up with them via your autoresponder with more quality content
6. Every so often (depends on the market) email your list with a paid offer where you can make money as an affiliate

7. Most Important - get targeted traffic to your squeeze page

Most people have trouble with 7, but there are various ways to get traffic as well.

You don't need to "master" anything. As time goes on, you'll find yourself outsourcing different jobs....especially SEO, backlinks, keywords and the like. That is very time consuming stuff, and you need to hand them off while you concentrate on building your brand and inventory.

If you have nothing to sell or nothing of anyone else's to sell, you'll never make any money. That's where you need to start.

Brand spanking new to the WF, found it this morning... Think this post turned a light bulb on in my head, correct me if I'm wrong. People here make money from selling/marketing stuff online (I'm assuming the more seasoned do it for their full time job).

Question. Could you start marketing if you aren't sure exactly what it is you want to sell as yet?

I definitely want to do something within the Fitness or Martial Arts industries (leaning more toward fitness).

Are affiliate programs the only way to make it apart from creating your own product to sell?

You can only make money if someone opens their wallet to pay for something...be it your product or a product that you sent them to through some sort of affiliation that you have with the product owner.

If you are looking for a specific niche, I would recommend starting out by going to ClickBank and searching their marketplace for products to sell. Some of us (Internet Marketers, the type of people who post and visit this forum) market our products to potential affiliates through the ClickBank marketplace. There are all kinds of topics, and you'll definitely be able to find plenty on health and fitness.

My biggest piece of advise for a newbie is to find a system, and STICK TO IT for a minimum of six months (preferably a year) before you start to try other things. The only way to succeed in this business is by being consistent, persistent and staying on track with one plan.

It is tempting to try and learn everything there is to know about internet marketing in a short amount of time, but this is poison for a newbie. You'll become overwhelmed and decide it all seems too hard.

Just find one person who knows what they're doing and whose strategy makes sense to you. Do what they do, but incorporate your own style along the way.

However, it would be okay to start it by signing up with a legitimate affiliate program.

First thing, don't just listen to random people on forums. Too much conflicting advice to make real headway. Don't just download a bunch of free ebooks that will try to sell you something you don't need. You're just going to end up with brain and email inbox overload.

Find one good teacher that can give you a plan and help you get through it. Then focus and take action.

The fact that you're here on the WF means you're already started

We all start somewhere. When I started years ago I didn't know where to begin. At that time I didn't know the existence of the WF. I just Googled and scraped up information wherever I went. I wasn't familiar with internet marketing. I didn't know what PPC was and I've never heard of Adwords. Even Clickbank was a foreign word to me. I was also careful to single out anything that might have resembled a potential scam or ripoff.

Fast forward years later, I'd tell any newbie to start hanging out on the WF. Read through the posts and get to know the internet marketing community. You'll learn so much without touching your wallet. I started learning everything on my own (the hard way). Back then I had no mentors or anyone to take me by the hand. It was a lonely, dusty and frustrating road. And boy did I spend lots of money on so many e-Books and courses that got me nowhere.

Here on the WF you'll make new friends and find all the help that you need. Just post any questions you may have and a WF member will do their best to answer them
