ClickBank Refund Scenario
Looking around, I see this figure isn't crazy bad, but could be better, so to see if over time I can reduce this, I'm playing a bit of a game with myself in trying to add something new each time a refund is requested. Make my product better, etc, etc.
That aside, one thing I have noticed is 99% of my refund requests are coming from academics. (I have only had 1 non-academic refund request) They all have an .edu email address and all seem to be published authors. Most of the refund requests are bordering on rude - clearly academic ego stroking, making themselves feel self important. But the rudeness aside, I am coming to understand academics do not understand info products and want to see a laboriously researched and referenced, thousand page thesis for what they are paying for. Thats basically what they say in the requests anyway.
Has anyone else had a similar issue and cared enough to do something about it?
If so, what steps did you take?
Cheers
Damian
