Not sure how much this may help you. What exactly are you selling? Could you tell us by chance? Others may be able to give a better answer if they knew what it was you were marketing?

Submitting to press release services.

Sending a press release to physical publications which cover your product market.

Contacting blog owners in your product niche and seeing if they would be interested in more information about your product.

Having a Twitter Giveaway contest when people make an announcement about your product release.

Creating a video of your staff blowing up the first one off the line with dynamite and posting it to YouTube. (Am I joking or not?)

Finding Facebook groups with large memberships in your product market and having a few people ask the question "Have you heard about the new gizmo from XYZ? They just blew it up on YouTube, it was cool."

It's a good start at least.....

At least I would want it in the mix somewhere....

Get some JV partners on board who have lists of subscribers in your niche. i.e found out where your audience is and do everything you can to get in front of them.

A bunch of ideas above are really good for getting your brand out there. I
would also include a Facebook page about the company (get everyone and
their dog to like it, the more, the merrier) and start up a bunch of blogs on
the equipment. If you can see what you can do about getting on
bodybuilding dot com. and related sites. This will drive tons of targeted traffic
to your site.

CPA networks are good, if you jump on board with the right ones. Another
thing you can do is incentivize your clients and have them sell your product
by word of mouth by offering them a discount/free product/pet wombat when
they bring on someone else. Always throw your FB page and youtube vids out
there. The more people on those the better. And your blogs will help get
the hype up about the product.

Another thing you can do is monetize on the backend. Who are you using to
track all your data? With all that info you can market other products you
have or use them to gather valuable data about the demographic buying from
you. With this information you can better market the product in the first
place.

Good Advice Barry - Video Marketing is the word for 2010 - with something creative, unique and showy like that, you should get some great leads.

With Fitness stuff it is probably going to be really hard to get affiliates and JV partners to promote your stuff...

Step 1. get some paid traffic from FB, POF, and Google and make sure your numbers are in the black.
Step 2. Invest 90K into an infomercial and model the big boys.
