Duplicate Articles on Same Directory?

Hi,

I'm producing a tool that analyses articles on articlesbase, and have found that some users appear to repost the same article over and over again.

As an example, the author following author appears to be reposting the same article over and over again, but using different titles.

Is this sort of activity common on article directories? It is messing up my results.

    I have read about that...
    Its basically the same article, but they repost it over and over using every article directory possible... using a different title... and getting themselves some wicked ratings.

    Perhaps you should just do the same thing.... Do a google search for all the key words relating to your article, and then just adapt the title to suit those words... Imagine how many times the same article would get posted....

    I havent actually done this... Or had any plan to... but i guess it could work

    At ArticlesBase they don't check articles before publishing, and some user's submitted articles get published automatically, without being checked, that is the reason.
