New member with a question!

Hello everyone, i have been lurking on the forum for awhile and decided to join :].

Anyway, I recently checked out my website on leapfish and i am not really sure how accurate the value of the website. Is it legit? My website Stop Methadone that i have owned for just a little over a week (if that) is worth $2100. Could it just be the keywords? Is that actually a realistic payout?

I am pretty new on this, I am not even ready to get rid of the site yet, just curious. thanks guys for your help!

That sounds pretty dubious. If you search for info about Leapfish you'll also see that there is quite a bit of negative info about their company and business practices. That might give you some pause when considering their claims.

It's impossible to come up w/ an automated way of determining a website's worth. Your website is worth what someone will pay for it. If you look around on flippa.com for a while, you'll get an idea of what your website might be worth. - But even then you never know until you try to sell it.

The following are a few ways that you can determine your website’s worth.

    1. Determine the amount of advertising revenue you have coming in. Are you making enough, or anything?

    2. what is your PR page rank?

    3. Is the design good, does it attract visitors?

    4. Have you built a solid flowing of visitors to the website?

Doing these things will greatly improve your websites worth.
