I need a little tech advice, please
I use windows vista and use a wireless connection to our HP 7400 series
all-in-one printer. When I try to print something it goes into the cue and stays
there. I have quite a collection of receipts, etc. just sitting there. When I go to
the box of unprinted items, the box shows a message with a checked box
next to "hp printer offline."
It will not un-check the box when I click on it. I'm stumped...
If anyone has a tip, advice or place to go to get info (I've already
tried the Windows/Microsoft forums and communities), I would be
oh so very appreciative.
