INTERNET MARKETING

There are some changing views as to whether facebook and twitter , more so twitter ,are productive marketing sources, from my own experience , they are the best, it really does depend on how you present yourself, neither are overnight success's, you really need to take the longer view, so my view is simply tocontinue with all the marketing that gets you direct results, but work on building your presence on these two monsters

I'm just getting into FB and Twitter and I really think that it's niche dependent. If you can find good targeted followers and friends then you'll do well. But you need to treat them more like a list and less like a captive audience.

  I have my doubts on Twitter (in the approach sense, not in the potential sense) simply because of the sheer amount of links that seem to go around. I am sure there is an immense potential - just that the marketing on that may get a bit tricky.
  
  Facebook may be a little better since it is much more of a "pull" model than a "push" one, and that always sounds more attractive to me.

The two have different approaches but yes, they can work simultaneously to give you the income and the number of leads that you want. Use Facebook to find the right people while Twitter for a more viral approach in promoting links.
