A Simple Formula For Marketing Success

Rock and Roll hall of famer, and Motown Records founder Berry Gordy had an interesting philosophy when it came to writing hit records for new acts. He believed that a hit record should be followed up with another record that sounded almost identical to the first hit.

That formula helped him create classic hit after classic hit after classic hit, for legendary artists like The Jackson 5, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross and The Supremes, Smokey Robinson and The Miracles, The Temptations, Gladys Knight and The Pips, and many other legendary musical acts.

Movie companies do this as well. That's why you see so many sequels nowadays. It's a simple, but effective formula that can be used by small businesses as well. For example, suppose you wrote an article titled Social Networking Made Easy, that is particularly well received. You could follow that up with an article titled Social Networking Made Easy (Part 2).

Or suppose you created an e-book titled Forum Marketing 101 that was very successful. You could follow it up with another e-book titled Forum Marketing 101: Even More Insider Secrets.

The point is, with this formula, you are limited only by your imagination...or lack of.

      Is that a new EZA policy? The reason I ask is because I've read numerous multi-part articles on that site. In fact, I have a multi-part article there myself.
