RSS feeds for the forum?

Hey everyone,
Anyone know how I can get the RSS feeds to the different major forum sections? That way I can better keep up with what is going on.

I believe Allen (Admin) has RSS disabled... probably for bandwidth reasons...

Normally for Vbulletin forums, to get the feed just add external.php?type=RSS2 to the URL like this:

http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int....php?type=RSS2

but that doesn't seem to work here,

Anyone have any other insight on this?
