How Do I Create A "Conversion Hub"?

I'm slightly perplexed...

I want my internet "hub" to be the place I drive all my traffic- at least all of my organic traffic- but I want it structured so it CONVERTS traffic into leads.

Does anyone have any great suggestions?

I don't really want to settle for a pop up opt in box, or just an opt in box on the side bar. I want to REALLY grab people by the balls and make them feel stupid if they don't opt in.

I guess that's one reason I've stayed away from SEO and the reason I like paid traffic so much- bring them right to a squeeze page

    You can create an include that will appear at the top of all of your pages that has the call to action with a 3-5 input form. Have he input form on the left and the benefits on the right.

    Then create a process on where the lead and the emails go. Twitter, Facebook, and other social media invites. Newsletter. etc.
