WSOs - the Good, the Bad, the Ugly

Please excuse the naivete of a newbie at the Warrior Forum. I have one question that I'd like to get some feedback on:

How can I (or how do you) evaluate a WSO before buying it? (Or anything else for that matter.)

The Background:

In my few days as a member so far, I have purchased a few WSOs, and they range from great to useless. The sales pitches, though, are all top notch. In my small sampling so far, products inside the Warrior world are not better or worse than products outside the group.

Any pointers, ladies and gentlemen? My goal is simply to be more effective in the way I spend my time and money to build my income - i.e., to get the maximum benefits from being here.

Many thanks,
Dennis

I've been around here a long time and the only way I know
to purchase with some degree of confidence is to be around
here for some time... you'll get to know who the respected
members are... you'll get to know who consistently offers value.

The list of members I would buy from is pretty short.

Aside from that you can always exercise the money back
    guarantee if one is offered.

Just like in the real world, its hard to judge how good a product truly is until you buy it.

i am going through something like that, i bought a wso which claims no questions asked money back, i emailed the guy and all im getting is rude replies, i didnt even ask for a refund to begin with, now that i have asked for a refund i am getting a response of send an email to an address, i have done that twice and getting responses like "send that transaction id" which i have already done, to top all that off i pm'd the guy again asking what is going on and the reply i got was "stop sending me ridiculous pm's"

very dissapointing, i wont name the person but i expected better

in the end i told them to keep their money, just had enough

but to add to this, i have bought some excellent wso's which i dont regret and like another poster mentioned i will only buy from the same people again, of course there are bad ones as well but the ones ive been happy with have been excellent!

I myself am wanting to run a WSO, and I just CAN'T understand why some people build their business based off of garbage and ripping people off...EVENTUALLY a business like that will fall apart.

I'm under the motto that if you want to make millions, you take overdelivering to a whole new level: in your product, in your customer service, in your "freebies" and in your money back guarantee...to me, it's the only way to make money and to be successful.

I've been down the same road that you're on, here are a couple of things I do to make sure that I know what I'm getting into.

              1. Ask questions - Make sure that all of your questions get answered. If you're not clear about exactly what you're getting, don't buy.

              2. Search the forum for the persons name - Often times just by reading what people say about the person outside of the WSO thread you can get a good feeling for what kind of member they are.

              3. Make sure you are clear about the refund policy if there is one

              4. Make sure you actually need what you are purchasing. For example, if you are doing ansense and that is your focus, but you find yourself getting ready to purchase a piece of software that won't help you in the least don't buy it. Don't get caught up in the hype
