A Whopping 271% Conversion Rate on EZA

I was doing some work in EzineArticles today and I found an article that I recently wrote had 7 views and 19 clicks, resulting in a 271% conversion rate.

I know it was someone who was most likely clicking the link a couple of times, but either way, I thought that was something you'd all find interesting to see. Hopefully it was 7 viewers who each clicked it at least once. On another note, I've seen a lot of my articles get high CTR's, averaging around 50% plus on new articles. The views just haven't been there (at EZA, anyway).

I blocked out the title, just because I'm not looking to reveal any niches, so that's why you see that info blocked out.

The views haven't been there as much in the first week of releasing an article. It seems like you have to do twice the work for the same result which is fine. I am willing to do that.

I used to make multiple sales in each niche by having my articles at the top overnight. Now that you can schedule the release of your articles so that has all but died. I would get 400 clicks per night sometimes. Kind of like with Adwords, the easy times were back in the day. I guess this is why you need to jump on trends quickly.

Thank heavens I bought BTF and now know how to get awesome rankings so I don't have to rely on directories soley for traffic.

That's why I don't rely on EZA alone anymore. There were definitely some glory days way back when, but those days are long gone now that the article directory is saturated. Either way, the high CTR definitely caught my eye. (although it's probably not super accurate, obviously).
