A tool to check competitors anchor text numbers?

Is there a tool that will count the number of backlinks that a website has with a particular anchor text.

I know with all the keyword tools you can check backlinks per page, and backlinks per entire site, but I am trying to figure out the amount of backlinks that my competition have for a particular keyword I am going after.

I know that I can view there backlinks and see the anchor text manually.

I am looking for a tool where I can type a keyword and it will show me the number of backlinks for that keyword in the anchor text for the top 10 results in the search engines.
