What does
SUBJECT_NEEDS_ENCODING

mean in aweber? I have tried to edit the title many times, to remove exclimation marks, Capitals, Question starting sentences and edited them to make them clean,

but i stil get the SUBJECT_NEEDS_ENCODING , (usually a score of 1.3)

what other issues could it be? (I get them on many number of the emails, so dont wish to past the titles here)

This just happened to me and it was a hyphen pasted in from MS Word. I deleted the hyphen and typed in a new one and that took care of it.
