Reccomendation for a good PROXY service

INTERNET MARKETING

I keep getting locked out of google, youtube and many other services. I also dont want to get banned permanently. I run windows vista. Can anyone recommend an EASY to use proxy service.

Something that is hands OFF. I just set up a program and it constantly changes my proxy like every few seconds or minutes? Dont know if exists but please any suggestions?
