Has anyone ever made any money with "Adsense Arbitrage"!?

I was thinking about trying Adsense Arbitrage. I was just wondering if this is still viable.??

For those who don't know what i am talking about. Basically you set up a web page (with a keyword rich article pertaining to your niche) and optimize it for Adesnse ads. Then you drive traffic to the page for the purpose of receiving Adsense clicks.
