Hi, I'm looking for a way to for me to monitor calls so I can make sure my customer services reps are doing their job. Does anybody have any suggestions? Is there a number I can get that automatically records every call or uses an automated answer system? Best regards, George |

a lot of the VOIP providers will allow you to do this
