Could I get some feedback on my latest website

Hey guys, I just put the finishing touches on my latest website. It is a niche video website about weight loss. Just wanted to see if I could get your feedback on it. Anything you have to say about it would be great.

Here's the site:

I would immediately put an opt in on there offering a free weight loss report to start gaining subscribers. I am assuming you are trying to get income from the Adsense I see on there which is fine but I would start building a list so that you can develop a relationship with them and start mailing them offers. I would also put a high converting product, clickbank or otherwise, on the top fold to try and get affiliate sales.

Thanks for your input. I was really thinking about putting in a clickbank product or maybe an amazon/comission junction product as well/instead since they seem to do well in weight loss as well

I really enjoyed building this site though too, it was a lot of fun for me So I was thinking I may just sell it as well. I would love to keep making more of these. Thanks for your input, I really appreciate it

    Nice website.

Good meta, try to add "Lose Wight TV" keyword and title as well.

It will be easier to rank for this keyword on the beginning.

And you could turn off auto video load. Some people could be annoyed.

Wait for 2-3 month until you will get some ads on website as first you want to build loyal members community.

    Good Luck!

Looks great, nice work. You have "loose weight" in your meta instead of "lose weight" fyi

    1. Fix the meta
    2. Get rid of the video thumbnail at beginning of video with the closed eyes!
    3. Add an article
    4. Most important - add opt in form - capture a list!
    5. Offer Free report
    Good to go...

Looks busy. I don't see a usp or even a tagline. After looking at it for 5 seconds I don't know what it is.

A solution is to have an introduction section on the homepage to tell the user what it is in a quick sentence.

    Yep Alankay that is true.

You need a strong benefit driven tag line (or headline) to tell the visitor in 7 seconds or less "what is in it for me" (wiifm, the best radio station we all like to listen to).

I am not sure about the Adsense block in the header, get rid of it and locate it elsewhere (you might not want to put it on your home page).

Make your home page less cluttered, there are just too many elements on it at the moment.

You could have a scrolling bar at the top with three videos scrolling past.
Then below you list the benefits your site offers and then lead visitors to various categories.

I think it's a great website! I think it would be a great place to put a "weight-loss forum" or some place for people to contribute to.

One small thing - I think that the site content is geared toward an audience of women but the image of the woman laying on her back is a little too "sexy" looking. At first, I saw it and thought, "is this a site for guys?"

Thanks for the tips everyone....If I were to add some sort of headline, anyone have any suggestions. I just figured it was sort or self explanatory on what it is about. Thanks again for all the help
