Selling a 2 week old website?

Hi guys,

I am going to sell a 2 week old website but I know there are restrictions on this because it hasn't been 2 months since I've bought the domain.

Any suggestions?

The person that's buying wants the site in their name on whois and also wants to host it if possible.

    No there shouldn't be any restrictions, I have sold brand new websites without any issues.

    I believe that if you have the domain transferred to you, then you have to wait 60 days before you can transfer it to a new owner, but if you have bought the domain then you should be able to transfer it without any problems.
