Automatic Report Maker - Does one exist?

Hi,

I saw an impressive demo of an instant free report generator on one of The Internet Time Machine's videos.

I really do not want to subscribe to their service but wondered if any warriors know of software out there which does this.

Basically it searches out articles by keyword, it then with one click, collates any articles you choose from the search results (giving full author credits) and generates them into a report which can be saved as a pdf or a doc or whatever you want. They also have the facility to generate an opt in page instantly for that report with one click too. Nice.

So, if there is a stand alone program out there that can do this, please enlighten me.

Thanks, guys.

Nice idea .. too bad you will breach the TOS (and hence the copyright) of most sites. Go to any site I own and you will find the terms of service do not permit the use of my content in this manner. I use a widely available TOS for this, so it would be fairly common.

Look at it this way, if I go down to BMW and steal one of their cars but put a sign on the side of the car saying the bmw came for dealer x, do you they might still be somewhat annoyed at me? The credit means nothing. It is still a criminal act.

I guess it could work especially if the articles are from article directories and you keep the bio boxes intact.

My question is why? You'll have no clue about the quality of the writing and whether or not the articles mesh before you read them.

If you're going to compile a report why not go to the article sites and pick which articles you want (leaving the bio boxes intact).

      Or

Contact blog owners whose articles you liked and ask permission to include them in your report.

I'm all for automation but not strictly for automation's sake.

Yep .. would agree there ... but most directories require any print version (and that includes a PDF report) to be free, so you could not charge for it. I also doubt you could include it as a bonus to a paid product.

Also, I think EZA exlcudes the use of making audio or video from the content, so you could not leverage it in that direction.

I had a thought about and it and PLR articles would let you do want you want to do. You can pack them into a pdf and then do whatever you wanted to with them.
