What are the three best sites to submit RSS feeds to?

INTERNET MARKETING

I am looking for sites where I can submit my RSS feed to. I don't want to submit to dozens. Does anyone know which are the top 3 sites to submit RSS feeds to?

I have also set up a Twitter RSS feed , is this worth doing or a waste of time?

More generally has anyone had successs with submitting RSS feeds by getting links and traffic?

Make sure you use Feedburner to keep track of clicks/etc.... it's pretty useful.

Also, you can use several of the ping services such PingmyBlog etc. to ping your feed regularly.

People used to rave about sites like Technorati but I don't know. It never really brought me much traffic.

A WordPress plugin should submit feeds to all the feeds sites you need without you having to worry about it.
